Eve & Eden Release Mist

Release is a magnesium oil spray, infused with lavender and peppermint for a sweet scent. Magnesium oil leaves behind a residue, it’s just the nature of the product, so we like to combine it with a tallow to avoid that feeling. If you have dry or sensitive skin, mix the spray with your favorite moisturizer to avoid any discomfort when applying.

This product is geared towards reducing muscle cramps and tightness + sleep support. Magnesium is also crucial for vitamin D processing, which is important for a lot of people in the winter months. For sleep, we spray 3 pumps on the bottom of our feet. For muscle release, as many pumps as needed for the area.

Magnesium is responsible for over 400 functions in the body, and is considered a “macro-mineral”. Because of depleted soils, diets of processed foods, and a water supply stripped of nutrients — it’s harder to come by. There are 7 main forms of magnesium, the form in this formula is Magnesium Chloride.
